Runt mars månad presenterar M-Sport en uppdaterad version av deras framgångsrika R2-version av Fiestan. Med nya bromsar, transmission och väghållning och framförallt en 1-liters Ecoboost-motor.
2009 var det premiär för M-Sports R2-version av Fiestan och i slutet på årets första kvartal väntas den nya uppdaterade Fiestan för klassen R2 från M-Sport ha premiär. Och det med Fords 1-liters motor med Ecoboost-tekniken utvecklad med Fordfabriken.
Bilen har testats ut mycket under slutet på 2014 av teamets tekniker och ingenjörer. Även vinnaren av Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy (DDFT), Sander Pärn, har provkört bilen på M-Sports egna testvägar Greystoke Forest.
Premiären är förlagd till brittiska Autosport International Show och debuten i skogen blir runt maj månad.
